Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur will face each other in the Premier League this weekend.
Tottenham will take on bitter North London rivals Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Owen has backed Mauricio Pochettino’s side to pick up all three points from the North London derby.
“Arsenal have won their last ten PL games at the Emirates but if there is to be a winner in the north-London Derby I expect it to be Spurs in what should be a terrific game of football,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
“There are normally goals when these two sides meet and I would be surprised if both teams didn’t find the back of the net, but I am leaning towards the visitors with Harry Kane and Dele Alli likely to be fit having missed England’s recent high-profile friendlies with Germany and Russia.”
Tottenham have a better team and are in better form than Arsenal at the moment, and they will head into the match at the Emirates Stadium as favourites.
Arsenal, though, will have home advantage, and that could play an important role in the match.
An early goal for the Gunners will enhance their confidence and could put pressure on Spurs.
However, if Tottenham score the opening goal in the North London derby, then they should be able to pick up at least a point from the encounter.
Whatever the final score may be, Saturday’s North London derby promises to be a hugely competitive and entertaining affair.
