Michael Owen backs Arsenal to win against Middlesbrough in the Premier League next week.

Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen has predicted on Betvictor.com that Arsenal will win against Middlesbrough next week.
Arsenal will take on Middlesbrough away from home at the Riverside Stadium in the Premier League on Monday evening.
“You have to go back to December 1984 for the last time Arsenal lost five successive away league games and they must bounce back after what was an embarrassing defeat at Palace on Monday,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
“Boro need to win to have any realistic chance of maintaining their PL status but they continue to struggle in front of goal and I expect a positive reaction from the Gunners after the criticism they so richly deserved at Selhurst Park.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Arsenal to win to nil at 7/4.”
Arsenal are in poor form at the moment, and it looks likely that they will fail to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.
The Gunners are sixth in the league table at the moment with 54 points from 30 matches, seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester City.
With Middlesbrough struggling against relegation to the Championship at the end of the season, Arsenal should be able to pick up all three points at the Riverside Stadium.
However, Arsene Wenger’s side should not be complacent and must make sure that they do not concede the first goal.
Arsenal will head into the match against Boro on the back of a 3-0 defeat to London rivals Crystal Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in the league.
