Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea will go through to the knockout stage of the Champions League this season, predicts Michael Owen.

Michael Owen has predicted Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea to progress to the knockout stage of the Champions League this season, as stated on Twitter.
The former Liverpool striker believes that it is a “great” draw for Premier League champions City.
Owen has said that it is a “decent” draw for the Reds, and although he thinks that it is going to be “tricky” for Chelsea and Spurs, he has backed the two London clubs to go through from the group stage along with City and Liverpool.
Group Stage
Tottenham will face Bayern Munich, Olympiacos and Red Star Belgrade in Group B, and Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be expected to finish runners-up in the group.

City will take on Shakhtar Donetsk, Dinamo Zagreb and Atalanta in Group C, and Pep Guardiola’s side should pick up maximum points from their six games.
Liverpool, who won the Champions League last season, will lock horns with Napoli, Salzburg and Genk in Group E, and it is hard not to see Jurgen Klopp’s side win the group with ease.
As for Chelsea, Frank Lampard’s side will take on Ajax, Valencia and Lille in Group H, and while it will be tricky for last season’s Europa League winners, given their experience in the Champions League, the Blues should be able to go through.
