Liverpool and Arsenal will face each other in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

Liverpool and Arsenal will face each other in the Premier League this evening. The match at Anfield in a few hours’ time promises to be an exciting affair, and there should be a few goals.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will head into the encounter against Arsenal on the back of a 3-1 defeat to Leicester City away from home at the King Power Stadium in the league.
The Merseyside outfit are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 49 points from 26 matches.
Liverpool are just a point behind Arsenal, who are currently fourth in the standings and occupy the final Champions League spot.
The North London club do have a game in hand, and they will be confident of picking up at least a point at Anfield.
Arsene Wenger’s side will head into the match against Liverpool on the back of a 2-0 victory over Sutton United away from home at the Borough Sports Ground in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen and ex-Arsenal star Martin Keown have made their predictions of the final result.
“Liverpool need to bounce back after their loss at the King Power earlier in the week and it is worrying that four of their five league defeats so far this term have come against sides who kicked off in the drop zone,” Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
“It is well documented that the Reds have a good record against the top sides, however, and I expect them to do the double over the Gunners having won at the Emirates on the opening weekend of the season.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Liverpool to win at 11/10.”
“Liverpool have been on a bad run but Arsenal struggle against teams at the top – Liverpool 1-1 Arsenal,” Keown wrote in The Daily Mail.
