Leeds United goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell made his debut for Northern Ireland against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the weekend.

Peacock-Farrell, who has been a regular for Leeds so far this season, made his competitive debut for Northern Ireland against Bosnia and Herzegovina at Windsor Park in the UEFA Nations League Group B3 match this past Saturday.
O’Neill has praised the 21-year-old goalkeeper, but he believes that the Leeds youngster will be disappointed to have conceded two goals, as Northern Ireland lost 2-1.
“Bailey will be disappointed to concede two goals on his debut but I felt he looked assured and confident,” O’Neill told The Yorkshire Evening Post about Peacock-Farrell. “I was delighted with Bailey.
“I thought he acquitted himself very well. He had no chance with the first goal. He looked very assured in everything else that he did.”

Rising star
Peacock-Farrell played well against Bosnia and Herzegovina, just as the goalkeeper has done for Leeds so far this season.
The 21-year-old is a rising star, and playing regularly for club and country is only going to help him improve and develop in the coming years.
O’Neill’s aforementioned comments underline the confidence and faith the Northern Ireland has in Peacock-Farrell, who should be feel confident and pleased that he is rated so highly.
