Alan Pardew’s position as West Bromwich Albion boss is said to be under threat.

International managers Michael O’Neill and Martin O’Neill have moved into contention to become the next manager of West Bromwich Albion, with bookmaker Paddy Power.
The pair were listed at 33/1 and 25/1 respectively to replace Alan Pardew at the Hawthorns on Monday.

However, Michael O’Neill – the Northern Ireland boss – has since had his odds cut to 5/2, with Martin O’Neill – who manages the Republic of Ireland – now at 7s.
Marco Silva – the former Watford manager – remains evens favourite for the role, ahead of Michael O’Neill and Harry Redknapp [5/1]. Another out of work boss, Garry Monk, is also at 7/1 after entering the running on Monday.

West Brom – who hired Pardew as Tony Pulis’s successor at the end of November – remain seven points adrift of safety at the foot of the table.
And the Telegraph reported on Sunday that Albion are already considering the 56-year-old’s position, which could hinge on the result of Saturday’s trip to Watford.
Both O’Neills were listed among the main contenders for the West Brom position before Pardew’s appointment.
