Everton defender Michael Keane has been impressed with his teammate Mason Holgate.

Holgate has been playing alongside Keane for Everton in recent weeks and has established himself as an important player for the Toffees.
The 21-year-old central defender is playing well, and Everton centre-back Keane has spoken highly of him.
The 25-year-old England international – who earns £60,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has said that he is enjoying playing with Holgate, and has been impressed with the youngster – who earns £25,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
Keane told Everton’s official website about Holgate: “I really enjoy playing with Mason. It is great to play with him because I am a bit older and have a bit more experience.
“You maybe talk more and are more vocal. And he is vocal himself. We worked well together and it was unfortunate it had to come to an end.
“But I think Mason is a great player and has a lot of potential to improve in the future. He can become top class.
“You see his quality in training every day and he is good enough to excel at this level. He has consistently done very well and hopefully that will continue for him.”

Bright future
Holgate has been on the books of Everton since the summer of 2015 when he joined from Barnsley.
The 21-year-old central defender is developing and progressing as a footballer, and playing under manager Marco Silva is only going to make him better.
Everton are 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with six points from five matches.
