Burnley centre-back Michael Keane is of the belief that his teammate Andre Gray will get an England call-up at some point in his career due to his finishing ability, reports the Daily Mail.
Gray has been in good form for the Clarets, with the 25-year-old bagging eight goals in 21 Premier League appearances, in what is the striker’s first season in the top flight.
Keane has had a fantastic year himself, with the former Manchester United man establishing himself as one of the league’s best centre-backs this year, which has ultimately seen him get into the England squad.
Although Keane is yet to make his Three Lions debut, he does not think that it will be long before Gray joins him in future England squads, and has suggested that maybe Southgate should look to use Gray’s services sooner rather than later.

“He’s an unbelievable finisher,” Keane said about Gray, as reported by the Daily Mail. “He can score different types of goals and he’s a nightmare to play against.
“He won’t give you any rest at all and he’s always in your face. It wouldn’t surprise me if he got a call up, he’s been doing really well and scoring goals so I don’t see why not.
“He’s up there with the (best) finishers (in England). There’s world-class players in the England squad, the likes of Harry Kane and Wayne Rooney, who maybe have more of an all-round game and I’m sure Andre, like all of us, has things to work on but one day, if it’s not soon, he will get in the England squad – he’s destined for it.”

Burnley are having an excellent season in the Premier League despite being a newly promoted side, and Sean Dyche’s men currently sit in 12th place with 31 points.
However, the Clarets are without a win in their last four top-flight matches, and – with the worst away record in the league – face Liverpool at Anfield in this weekend’s action.
