Everton defender Michael Keane has not enjoyed the best of starts to his Goodison Park career.

Everton have come under pressure, after a terrible start to the season – which has left them sitting in 16th place in the Premier League table.
The Toffees were beaten 1-0 by Burnley in their most recent fixture, which led to boos being heard at full-time at Goodison Park.

And Keane admits that some of his teammates are suffering with a crisis of confidence.
The centre-back said: “Obviously there are loads of great players here but you get confidence from winning games and especially lately we have not been winning many.
“I think the confidence of a few of the lads is pretty low but the only way you can come out of that is to keep working hard and do the right things.
“Sometimes you need a bit of luck and things aren’t dropping for us. We have to keep working hard to turn it around.”

Everton went into the new campaign with big ambitions to trouble the top six, but there are big question marks over whether they have the quality to achieve that aim.
The Toffees have looked poor in domestic and European competition, with their lack of a prolific striker a major concern.
Everton return to action after the international break with a match against Brighton & Hove Albion at the AMEX Stadium.
