Miller has left Rangers to take over at newly-promoted Livingston.

Celtic youngster Michael Johnston has said that he could leave Brendan Rodgers’ side on loan despite an impressive pre-season, and a move to Kenny Miller’s Livingston would surely be the ideal temporary spell.
Johnston, 19, scored for Celtic on Saturday as the Hoops earned an excellent 4-1 win over Belgian side Standard Liege, as Scotland Under-19 international Johnston scored an excellent chip.
He told the Daily Record that he is set to speak to manager Brendan Rodgers over a potential loan move away from the club, if he believes he is unable to break into the first team ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
“I’m a Celtic fan so I want to be here as long as possible and break into the first team. If this isn’t my year then I’ll need to go somewhere else to play. I’ll see what the gaffer thinks,” Johnston said.
That should prompt Livi’s new player manager Miller into action by luring the Celtic starlet to Almondvale, as Miller looks to inspire his new club into avoiding relegation from the Scottish Premiership.
Miller joined Livi after leaving Rangers following the expiration of his Ibrox contract, leaving on somewhat of a bad note following his suspension from the side.

The 38-year-old played for Rangers during three spells but also turned out for Old Firm rivals Celtic for a year, and he should look to put Hoops rivalry aside once again by luring Johnston to Livi.
Johnston has made only four senior appearances for Celtic but has shown his quality in his pre-season appearances, as well as scoring three goals in the UEFA Youth League last season against RSC Anderlecht and Bayern Munich.
It remains to be seen whether Celtic will keep Johnston, with competition on the flanks alarmingly thin following the loss of Charly Musonda and Patrick Roberts. But if Johnston is available, Miller must move.
