Former player Michael Gray is not only backing Arsenal to beat Sunderland this weekend but also to go on and win the Premier League title come the end of the season, he told the Betfred Twitter account.
The Gunners face the Black Cats this weekend at the Stadium of Light with both teams at opposite ends of the table, as Arsene Wenger’s men sit on second spot while the hosts are rock bottom.

After picking up just one point from their opening two games, Arsenal have surged up the table with 19 points from a possible 21 over the past seven games and they appear in confident mood.
Speaking to Betfred ahead of the match, Gray predicts the North London club to emerge victorious.
“Im going to go for Arsenal to win this one 2-0. I can’t see us stopping them,” Gray told Betfred.
“Arsenal are absoloutely flying, they’ve got aspirations of getting to the top of the table and they’re a real force this season. They’re my tip to win the Premier League title.”

Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title for 12 seasons now, but many feel the North London club have the squad to go all the way this year and the consistency to see off their rivals.
Arsene Wenger’s men won six league games on the bounce before being held to a draw at home to Middlesbrough last weekend, whereas Sunderland have picked up just two points all season.
