
Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting after it was widely reported that Harry Wilson is set to join Fulham for £10m.
Wilson is undoubtedly a talented player, but unfortunately for the Welshman he had no route into the Reds’ first-team due to how good the Anfield outfit are in attack these days.
Wilson had impressed during numerous loan spells in recent years, and now he’s seemingly finally found a permanent home at Craven Cottage.
As you can imagine, Liverpool fans had plenty to say about this deal, and understandably, supporters were rather impressed with this piece of business.
Indeed, fans believe that £10m for a fringe player of Wilson’s calibre if a good piece of business, and we’re inclined to agree.
However, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. Michael Edwards has made a habit of selling these types of players for big fees in recent years, with the likes of Jordon Ibe, Dominic Solanke and Rhian Brewster departing for big money, and it seems as though Wilson is about to join that list.
