Everton lost 2-1 to AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League clash on Saturday.
Sam Allardyce’s unbeaten run at Everton has come to an end after the Toffees lost 2-1 against AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
Former Everton player Michael Ball has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his reaction after the game.
He said that it has been a “decent” run from the Merseyside club under Sam Allardyce so far, but suggested that the Toffees should put up a positive line-up against weaker opposition.
Scotland winger Ryan Fraser scored in the 33rd minute, completing a slick counter-attack. Idrissa Gueye restored parity for the visitors, but Fraser struck the winner with a deflected effort in the last minute of the game.
Allardyce has certainly made a strong impact since he took over from caretaker manager David Unsworth at the end of November, with his side gradually climbing up the table.
He restored defensive stability with the Toffees only conceding two goals in seven games. However, Everton have scored just seven times in six games, and this is one area where they need to improve.
