Michael Ball has strongly criticised Everton manager Sam Allardyce on social networking site Twitter for his recent comments about fans.

As quoted by The Liverpool Echo, Everton manager Allardyce has said that only a few fans are complaining about him, and that they are social media such as Twitter and Facebook.

Former Everton left-back Ball has criticised the former Newcastle United and West Ham United manager.
