Micah Richards has responded to Kalvin Phillips’s message on Instagram following Leeds United’s win against Fulham on Saturday afternoon.

Leeds got the better of Fulham 3-0 at Elland Road in the Championship to bounce back from the defeat to Cardiff City away from home at the Cardiff City Stadium last weekend.

It was a pretty comfortable victory for the Whites, with Patrick Bamford, Ezgjan Alioski and Jack Harrison scoring the goals.

The win means that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are at the top of the Championship table at the moment with 74 points from 39 matches, three points clear of second-placed West Bromwich Albion and eight points ahead of third-placed Brentford.

Phillips was in action for Leeds against Fulham, and the 24-year-old midfielder played his part in the win for the West Yorkshire outfit.

The Englishman has taken to Instagram to revel in the success for Leeds, and he has received a three-word message from Richards, urging him to get the club promoted to the Premier Leage.

The 32-year-old former England international right-back was at Leeds as a kid, before moving to Oldham Athletic and then to Manchester City where he made his first-team debut.

Richards responded: “Bring it home!!!!!”
