Tottenham Hotspur are looking for a new permanent manager after parting company with Antonio Conte.
The Italian left Spurs by mutual consent in March in wake of his dramatic post-Southampton press conference.
Plenty of managers have been linked with the Tottenham dugout in recent weeks.
Now, a previously speculative name has well and truly entered the frame after becoming available earlier this month.
Brendan Rodgers left Leicester City by mutual consent after four years at the club.

TalkSPORT reported in March that Tottenham are big fans of the 50-year-old.
It was suggested that Spurs admire Rodgers and his style of play is what they are seeking from their next manager.
Several pundits, including Gary Neville and Jamie O’Hara, reckon Rodgers to Tottenham could happen.
Micah Richards has now also given his verdict on the possibility of the former Foxes manager’s suitability for Spurs.
“In terms of Brendan Rodgers he’s a quality manager,” he told BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club.
“It fizzles out from time to time, he didn’t get the players he wanted. But he’s still a top manager.
“He’s been up to Celtic and won things as well, he’s won the FA Cup. He’s a winner, he has credit in the bank.
“Just because you’re not doing well in one place doesn’t mean you can’t do things in a better environment with more resources.
“Plus he’s won things, which is exactly what Spurs want.”

Our view
Rodgers very much fits the bill for Tottenham, and Richards has explained in detail as to why he’d be a good appointment.
The Northern Irishman won two league titles, two cups and three league cups during his time as Celtic boss.
Rodgers also won an FA Cup and a Community Shield with Leicester, plus the League Cup at Swansea.
And crucially, he knows the Premier League inside out.
Rodgers would surely hit the ground running at Tottenham and build them up into a solid side capable of winning silverware.
