Arsenal attacking midfielder Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby.

The Gunners got the better of Tottenham 4-2 at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Ozil missed the game due to a back spasm, as reported by The Mirror, but the German star was delighted with the final result and has revelled in the win on Twitter.

Mesut Ozil struggles

Ozil has not been playing great for Arsenal so far this season, and the former Real Madrid star may not have started the North London derby had he been fit.

The way Arsenal played against Tottenham, especially in the second half, showed that the Gunners can win without one of their most talented players in the team.

The 30-year-old attacking midfielder has scored three goals and provided one assist in 10 Premier League appearances for Arsenal so far this season, according to WhoScored.

The win against Spurs means that Unai Emery’s side are now fourth in the league table with 30 points from 14 matches.
