Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has once again shown a desire to break back into the squad, after positing a picture from training on Twitter.
Ever since Ozil has been dropped from Arsenal’s squad from Mikel Arteta he has seemingly been intent on showing his determination to get back into the squad through social media.
The German has vociferously supported his Arsenal teammates on game days, and is now posting pictures from training.
Unfortunately for Ozil, his Twitter campaign may not be enough to get him back into the Arsenal team.
Arteta has continuously overlooked him up until now, and it would be a major shock if he did a u-turn in January and put him back into Arsenal’s Premier League squad.
Ozil doesn’t seem to fit into Arteta’s system, which demands his side defend from the front.
And despite his efforts, Ozil’s time at the Emirates Stadium still appears to be coming to an end.
