Paul Merson suggested on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports News last Saturday afternoon (1:41pm, December 9, 2017) that Tottenham Hotspur were able to sign Fernando Llorente from Swansea City in the summer transfer window as he does not mind if he does not play much.

Harry Kane is the first-choice striker at Tottenham at the moment, and given the way manager Mauricio Pochettino sets up his team, the England international is unlikely to be paired with Llorente in too many matches.
