Paul Merson has written on SportsKeeda that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane and forward Son Heung-min could hurt Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal will take on Tottenham in the North London derby today.

Former Arsenal star Merson believes that Spurs have two players who can hurt Arteta’s side.

They are, according to the Sky Sports pundit, striker Kane and forward Son.

Merson wrote on SportsKeeda: “All of a sudden, Arsenal look good and if I’m being completely honest, I can’t see them losing this one.

“Obviously, if Harry Kane shows up for Tottenham, they have every chance. However, you look at Spurs at the moment and aside from Kane and Son Heung-Min, who else could hurt Arsenal?

“They have been solid at the back and have kept three successive clean sheets, while Spurs haven’t been at it for two or three weeks now.”

Kane and Son have to be on top

Kane has not made a good start to the season and has yet to score in the Premier League this season.

However, the England international striker scored against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup in midweek.

If Spurs create chances for Kane and head coach Nuno plays him down the middle against Arsenal, then the 28-year-old striker will score.

As for Son, the South Korea international forward is fully fit now.

Son is a player who is quick, carries the ball well, and scores goals.

The South Korean has a good understanding with Kane on the pitch, and the duo could cause havoc against Arsenal today.
