Wolverhampton Wanderers lost in the Championship at the weekend.

Mel Eves has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Wolverhampton Wanderers need to sign a striker in the January transfer window.
The former Wolves attacker made the suggestion during the Wanderers’ game against Nottingham Forest at the Molineux Stadium in the Championship at the weekend.
Nuno’s side lost 2-0 to Forest on Saturday afternoon, thanks to first-half goals from Kieran Dowell and Ben Osborn.

The defeat for Wolves came as a surprise, as they have been the best team in the Championship so far this season and are still favourites to get automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.
Former Wolves star Eves has suggested on Twitter that the Wanderers need to sign a striker who will run behind the opposition defence.

Wolves are at the top of the Championship table at the moment with 62 points from 28 matches.
The Wanderers are nine points clear of second-placed Derby County and are back in action on January 27.
