Mehrdad Ghodoussi and Gary Lineker have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Newcastle United’s draw with Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon.
Newcastle have played out a 2-2 draw with Tottenham at St. James’ Park in the Premier League today.
Joelinton put the Magpies in the lead in the 28th minute, but Harry Kane scored twice thereafter to put Spurs 2-1 up.
Joe Willock, on loan from Arsenal, scored the equaliser for the Magpies in the 85th minute.
Former Tottenham striker Lineker has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the draw, and so has Ghodoussi, who along with wife Amanda Staveley tried to buy a stake in Newcastle twice, as reported by The Chronicle.
The draw with Spurs means that Newcastle are now three points above the relegation zone.

It was an encouraging performance from Steve Bruce’s side, who will feel that the point is well deserved.
Newcastle will now hope to build on the draw with Tottenham and pick up more points in their upcoming games in order to avoid the dreaded drop to the Championship at the end of the season.
