Japhet Tanganga about to leave Tottenham Hotspur for Augsburg
The Italian journalist has claimed that the plan is for Tanganga to leave Premier League club Spurs for German outfit Augsburg on a season-long loan deal.
Augsburg will have the option to make the deal permanent next summer.
Romano has added that the 24-year-old defender will undergo a medical on Friday morning.
Tottenham are “cautious”, but the deal has been agreed verbally, according to Romano.
We are not surprised at all to hear that Tanganga is leaving Tottenham today.
The 24-year-old has not been a huge success at Spurs so far in his career.

While there have been occasions when the defender has done well for Spurs, he has failed to make himself a regular in the starting lineup under various managers.
Tanganga has made 27 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The defender has kept seven clean sheets in those games.
Augsburg are 11th in the Bundesliga table at the moment with one point from two matches.
As for Tottenham, they are now third in the Premier League table with seven points from three games.
