Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic reportedly want Hibernian’s John McGinn.

John McGinn has been linked with a number of clubs, including Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic, Glasgow Rangers and Derby County, and his Hibernian teammate Darren McGregor has suggested that the in-demand midfielder could leave in the summer transfer window, as quoted by Capital City Press.
Rangers and Leeds United are interested in McGinn, according to The Scottish Sun, while The Sun has reported that Derby want to secure the services of the Scotland international midfielder.
The Scottish Sun has reported that a bid of £1.5 million from Celtic for the 23-year-old midfielder has already been turned down by Hibernian.
Hibernian defender McGregor, 32, has suggested that McGinn could leave, while stressing the importance of the arrival of 22-year-old midfielder Stevie Mallan from Barnsley in England.
McGregor told Capital City Press: “The hope is that we can turn Stevie [Mallan] into the next John McGinn, because we’re aware that there is the potential that John will move on and we’ll need someone as his replacement.

Move to Celtic inevitable?
With Celtic having reportedly made a bid, it seems that the Glasgow giants are serious about signing McGinn in the summer transfer window.
Hibernian appear to have signed a suitable replacement for McGinn in Mallan, and one should not be surprised if the Hoops make another bid and secure the services of the 23-year-old Scotland international midfielder this summer.
According to The Daily Record, Hibernian reportedly want £3m as transfer fee for McGinn.
