Rangers will finish second in the Scottish Premiership table this season, with Celtic set to clinch the title for the eighth year in a row.
The Hoops have picked up 81 points from 35 matches, while the Gers are on 72 points from 35 games.
The Gers have been linked with 20-year-old Motherwell winger Hastie, 29-year-old Birmingham City-owned Aberdeen forward Stewart and 22-year-old Heart of Midlothian central defender Souttar.
According to The Glasgow Evening Times, Rangers manager Gerrard wants to secure the services of Hastie, Stewart and Souttar in the summer transfer window.

Former Celtic striker McAvennie does not believe that the signings of Hastie, Stewart and Souttar will enable Rangers to push Celtic all the way in the Scottish Premiership next season.
McAvennie said on Open Goal: “I was laughing because if these are the players, Hastie, Jones, Souttar, if that’s the players they are going to sign to stop Celtic next year, then they are in for a hard time.”
