Tottenham host West Ham in this weekend’s London derby on Saturday evening.

In one of the games of the weekend, Tottenham will host West Ham United at White Hart Lane on Saturday evening. In what should be a feisty London derby, here’s a few things you can expect to see during the game.

Kane to shine

After making his return during the North London Derby last time out, Harry Kane will once again lead the line for Spurs at White Hart Lane. While he lacked sharpness against Arsenal, he had a further chance to rest up after being dismissed from England duty and now should be fully fit to start firing again in another London derby.

Kane has an excellent record in the capital, having netted 16 goals in 21 games against London sides in the Premier League. Expect that to continue on Saturday.

Spurs back in the swing of things

After a winless run of seven games in all competitions, Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping to get his Spurs side back to winning ways. This may be the perfect opportunity to do so, as West Ham have rarely been weaker than they are now.

If Tottenham score early, expect them to pile on the pressure on West Ham and Slaven Bilic.

Three against three

This game could see something of a rarity in the Premier League as the trend of having three at the back has been adopted by both managers. While Pochettino’s system was only utilised against Arsenal this season, it worked in stifling the Gunners and he may use it once again.

West Ham, meanwhile, have employed this tactic more often and will be relying on a three-pronged attack of Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Andre Ayew.
