Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that additions are close.
Tottenham have faced question marks over their ambition, after failing to complete a transfer to date this summer.
However, Pochettino insists that incomings additions are imminent and that Spurs are very close to making their first signing of the summer.

The Argentine boss said: “We are working hard to deliver that and ensure that by the end we add a few players – maybe three or four, we’ll see.
“We are so close to making it happen.”
Tottenham have been linked with a whole host of players, but are likely to go into the first game of the season with no new signings in their squad.
That could be costly, as Spurs are already facing a number of injury problems ahead of their opening match of the campaign.
Tottenham take on Newcastle United on Sunday and could be without Kieran Trippier, Victor Wanyama, Danny Rose and Erik Lamela, among others.
Pochettino’s side will be eager to get off to a fast start this term, as they look to take the final step and win the Premier League title.
