Mauricio Pochettino has admitted to Tottenham Hotspur’s official website that he still hasn’t decided whether Harry Kane will start tonight.

Tottenham are due to take on Red Star Belgrade, and there are some worries over their temporary captain’s fitness.

Kane missed out on playing for Tottenham at the weekend, after an illness.

Kane has managed to travel to Serbia with the rest of his Spurs teammates, and is far healthier now.

But Pochettino admits that it is not clear whether Kane will be fit enough to start this evening.

“Yes, he’s good. He feels well but we need to train this afternoon (Tuesday) and then tomorrow decide if it can be possible for him to start or maybe be on the bench,” he said.

Kane did make it through Tottenham’s training session unscathed yesterday, and the hope will be that he is fit enough feature tonight.

Spurs missed Kane at the weekend, as they only managed to pick up a 1-1 draw with Everton.
