Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino won’t be able to afford Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez or Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha.

Mahrez and Zaha have both been said to be on Spurs’ radar, but Pochettino will surely not be able to afford either now.
Mahrez has been an absolute revelation for Leicester City since Claude Puel took over at looks to be back to his very best.

The Algerian winger helped guide Leicester to the Premier League title only two seasons ago, and his form this term suggests that he has rediscovered the talent which made him one of the top flight’s most feared attackers.
Zaha has also flourished at Palace this season, and Palace will surely want more than £35 million for the wide man.

With Premier League survival on the line, only a huge offer would tempt Palace into selling Zaha.
And although Spurs may re-visit their interest in the pair over the summer, a move over the coming weeks does not appear likely, due to Pochettino’s budgetary constraints.
