Spurs will head into the match against Liverpool on the back of a 2-0 victory over Manchester United at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Premier League.
The North London club’s performance against United on Wednesday was superb, and they fully deserved to pick up all three points from the encounter.
Ahead of the match on Sunday, Tottenham manager Pochettino has shared his opinion on Anfield, stating that it is one of the most enjoyable stadiums and has also praised the Reds’ fans.
Pochettino told Football.London: “For me Anfield is one of the most enjoyable 90 minutes, no? The fans are amazing, and the crowd and everything is very good. Of course, the atmosphere will be tough. But these are the types of games that you love to play.”
Liverpool have some of the best fans in the world, and Anfield is an historic stadium that opposition teams always find hard to win at.
Tottenham will find it tough to win at Anfield on Sunday afternoon, but they do have a good team and the players will be determined to put on a good show.
