Tottenham Hotspur beat Fulham 3-1 in the Premier League yesterday.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino sat down for his post-match press conference yesterday, after his side’s 3-1 win over Fulham at Wembley Stadium, and shared what disappointed him about their performance, as quoted by Football.London.
Spurs received heavy criticism for their lack of transfer activity this summer, with Pochettino failing to bring in a single new signing, but they have begun their 2018/19 campaign in fine fashion, taking six points from their opening two games.
Tottenham, despite not strengthening in the summer, arguably have one of the strongest starting XI’s in the Premier League, and if all of their key men remain fit for the majority of the campaign, they will surely be in the mix for the title come what May.
Pochettino was not entirely happy with his side’s display against Fulham, however.
The Argentine spoke to reporters during his post-match press conference, and shared how his team conceded too many chances against the Cottagers, as quoted by Football.London:

“When you have three centre-back, two wing-backs and I think one more defensive holding midfielder in front to concede the chances we conceded, we need to review everything and analyse and take the best decision. But it’s good to start like this. I am so happy. I am a little bit disappointed but I am so happy with all the players.”
Next up for Tottenham is a trip to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United net Monday night, and that will present them with a true test of where they stand this season.
