The Tottenham Hotspur ace scored a vital goal for his club yesterday.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media yesterday, after his side’s last-gasp win over Fulham, and praised the quality of match-winner Harry Winks, although he did share what the midfielder must improve about his game, as quoted by Football.London.
The 22-year-old is a wonderful footballer to watch, but his attacking output in the final third leaves a lot to be desired, with just two goals and two assists to his name in 91 appearances in all competitions for Spurs.
It is unfair to judge Winks purely on goals and assists, however.
The Englishman is wonderfully cool and composed when in possession of the football, and when he’s on his game, he dictates the tempo of Tottenham’s play.
Pochettino highlighted what he wants Winks to improve upon, however, when speaking to reporters last night, as quoted by Football.London:

“I feel so proud. That thing today, we were talking in the last few weeks that it is something he needs to improve, arrive in the opponent’s box and try to score more goals. That is his second goal in the Premier League. With his quality, how he plays, in possession he needs to add and improve without the ball, be more aggressive.”
Tottenham currently have a whole host of important attacking players unavailable for selection, so Winks really will have to step up over the next few weeks and months, and try and contribute more in the final third.
The midfielder proved yesterday that he is capable of doing it, but he just needs to do it more regularly for Spurs.
