Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino addressed the media today, and raved about the club’s new stadium, suggesting that the magnitude of the project surprised everyone involved, as quoted by Football.London.

Spurs have played all of their home games at Wembley Stadium since the start of the 2017/18 campaign, and they will finally be moving into their new home on Wednesday night, when they play host to Crystal Palace.

The north London outfit’s new arena is arguably the best in world football. It is a modern, state-of-the-art masterpiece that will hold just over 62,000 people, and Tottenham fans will be hoping that their side’s move into their new home will coincide with a new era of success.

Pochettino spoke to reporters today, and highlighted the magnitude of the project in building their magnificent new stadium, as quoted by Football.London:

“It’s amazing. Everyone was surprised by the magnitude of the project. The stadium is the best in the world, we can confirm now. Every single space in it is the best I’ve seen in my life. You cannot compare with another.”

Before Wednesday’s clash against Palace, Tottenham face an extremely tough test away at Liverpool, and Pochettino will be desperate for his side to christen their new home on the back of a positive result at Anfield.
