Tottenham Hotspur beat Bournemouth 4-1 this afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has told Football.London that he substituted left back Danny Rose during today’s 4-1 win over Bournemouth due to fatigue.
Spurs travelled to the South Coast in search of a win after their midweek Champions League exit at the hands of Juventus, but got off to the worst possible start as Junior Stanislas fired the hosts into the lead.
Harry Kane was then substituted with a worrying ankle injury, but Dele Alli equalised before the break to ensure Spurs went into half time on level terms.

Son Heung-min then grabbed a brace to effectively hand Spurs all three points, before Serge Aurier made it 4-1 late in the day, helping Spurs to leapfrog Liverpool into third place in the Premier League table.
It was a mostly positive day for Spurs, but there will now be major concern over Kane’s injury – and he wasn’t the only England international to be taken off for Spurs.
Left back Danny Rose was handed a rare start ahead of Ben Davies in the Spurs defence, and played 81 minutes, before being substituted in favour of Kieran Trippier.

Having been handed a booking, many wondered whether manager Mauricio Pochettino was merely protecting the defender from being sent off, but the Argentinian seemingly had other ideas.
After the game, Pochettino was asked whether Rose had another issue with the knee he damaged back in January 2017, but told Football.London that there was no injury concern, and Rose was substituted due to fatigue having not played regularly of late.
“No no no, there was no injury,” said Pochettino. “It was only fatigue and he got a knock, I think after a few times to play again a Premier League game is tough a player that has not played regular,” he added.
