The Tottenham Hotspur back-up goalkeeper has played in all his side’s FA Cup games this season.

The Dutchman joined Spurs from Swansea City in 2014, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £5 million, but he has played second fiddle to Hugo Lloris ever since.
Vorm has mostly been used by Pochettino in the cup competitions, and that has been no different this season. Only one of his 10 appearances this term has come in the Premier League.

He has performed admirably when called upon, so it would seem harsh to drop him for Saturday’s clash with United, although the magnitude of the game could dictate Poch’s decision.
The Argentine spoke to reporters today, and responded when asked whether he will start the 34-year-old at the weekend, as quoted by Football.London:

“You know that I never confirm the team before or confirm the players. It’s one possibility of course. We have tomorrow the last training session and I will decide tomorrow the starting XI.”
Whoever ends up playing in goal for Tottenham tomorrow will have to be at their very best, with United possessing one of the most deadly front-lines in European football.
