Tottenham Hotspur won against Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup on Friday.

Skipp started Spurs’ FA Cup third-round tie against Tranmere away from home on Friday evening and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The 18-year-old midfielder produced one of his best players in a Tottenham shirt and gave a very assured performance in midfield.
Tottenham manager Pochettino was pleased with Skipp and has praised his performance, saying that he was “fantastic”.
Pochettino told Football.London while giving his opinion on the performances of the young players: “Yes, I am so happy. Always I never expect more than the attitude from the young players.
“They have the quality we believe, but you cannot put too much pressure on them. Today they were very good, Skippy was fantastic.”

Promising talent
Skipp is a very talented and promising young midfielder who can only get better in the coming years.
It is going to be hard for the teenager to play regularly for Spurs this season, but if the midfielder gets chances from time to time in the coming months, then he should make the most of them – just as he did against Tranmere on Friday.
Tottenham are challenging for the Premier League title this season, and have also progressed to the last-16 stage of the Champions League.
