Harry Winks is playing well for Tottenham Hotspur at the moment.
Winks has established himself as an important player for Tottenham and is expected to replace the injured Mousa Dembele in the team.
The England international midfielder has made four starts and five substitute appearances in the Premier League and two starts and two substitute appearances in the Champions League for Spurs so far this season, according to WhoScored.
Tottenham manager Pochettino has spoken highly of Winks and is impressed with how the 22-year-old midfielder – who earns £25,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
Pochettino told Football.London when asked if Winks can step up and replace Dembele: “To replace is like ‘oh we have one is untouchable and another who can be replaced’.
“I think they are compatible and they are different. Every single player is different and adds different skills to the squad.
“Then it’s our capacity to pick the 11 players who can work together and play well, but I’m happy with his performances.
“It was tough last season but he is growing and growing and growing and he’s more confident now. I am so happy in his evolution this season.”

Tottenham will return to action this evening when they take on Crystal Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in the Premier League.
Spurs will fancy their chances of picking up all three points from the London derby, but Spurs midfielder Winks is aware of the danger posed by Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, who has scored three goals and provided one assist in 10 league matches so far this season, according to WhoScored.
Winks told The London Evening Standard about Zaha: “He’s a key player for them — a player we’re going to have to watch and be on red alert against.”
