Mauricio Pochettino has hinted to Football.London that he could make tactical and personnel changes to Tottenham Hotspur’s starting line-up against Leicester City.

Spurs are set to travel to the King Power Stadium tomorrow evening, but the pressure on the North London side has been reduced.

Tottenham have secured second place, with two games remaining this season.

And Pochettino has hinted that he could look to experiment over the remainder of the campaign.

“Yes, we will have different options to play, different players. Maybe we will change the formation. It’s good for us to be creative now, one more time. To try to play in the best condition and try to win,” he said.

“For us the last two games are important. It’s true we cannot change the table but it’s important for us now to try to win, for us to compete. I think we need to finish well.

“To finish second was a good thing for us, but now we need to finish in the last two games with a good feeling.”

One position where it is unclear who Spurs will select is at right-back, as both Kieran Trippier and Kyle Walker are out.

Kyle Walker-Peters would be the most natural replacement for the pair, but the youngster is away on international duty with England’s under-20 side.

It means that Eric Dier could be forced to play at right-back, unless Pochettino makes a massively surprising selection choice.

Tottenham head into their match against Leicester, having beaten Manchester United 2-1 in their last outing.
