Son Heung-min grabbed a brace for Tottenham Hotspur last night.

Speaking to Football London, Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has acknowledged Son Heung-min’s contribution to Wednesday’s demolition of Rochdale.
Tottenham set up an FA Cup quarter-final tie with Swansea City this month after smashing the League One side 6-1 at Wembley last night.
Fernando Llorente scored a hat-trick to claim much of the post-match plaudits, but Son scored Spurs’ first and fifth goal on a brilliant night for Pochettino’s troops.

In doing so, the South Korean attacker took his tally for the season to 13 in all competitions, and the 25-year-old, who scored 21 last term, could yet beat his personal-best record for the Lilywhites.
“I knew you would ask about Son! It was very good, very good. I think Sonny is having a fantastic season, such an important player for us. I am happy, happy for him,” he told Football London.

Son fetched around £22 million in 2015 when Pochettino poached him from Bayer Leverkusen.
At the time it was a sizeable amount and he endured a mixed first season in North London, but his class is obvious and the Asian star looks set to be a big player for Tottenham in the future.
