The Inter Milan midfielder really would be a great signing for Tottenham Hotspur.

Mauricio Pochettino will surely be looking to strengthen his midfield options at Tottenham over the course of the next two transfer windows, with Mousa Dembele’s contract close to expiry and Victor Wanyama reportedly being made available for transfer.
One player in particular who Spurs are keen on signing is Inter Milan ace Marcelo Brozović, according to Italian publication Calcio Mercato, and Poch would have seen first hand what the Croatian is capable of at Wembley last night.
The 26-year-old midfielder was quite simply superb against Tottenham yesterday, and despite finishing on the losing side, he proved that he has all of the attributes required to be a success in the Premier League.
Brozovic is already extensively experienced, having earned 42 caps for Croatia, and he would add a certain level of composure in possession and tenacity to Spurs’ engine room.

Pochettino would surely have been impressed with what he saw from the Inter man last night, and with Dembele’s contract just six moths away from expiring, he should consider offering the Belgian to the Serie A side in an attempt to sweeten a potential deal for Brozovic.
And if Poch does manage to bring the Inter man to north London either in January or next summer, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for Tottenham.
