Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Victor Wanyama has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane this summer.

Mauricio Pochettino has given Victor Wanyama another reason to leave Tottenham Hotspur after promoting Oliver Skipp ahead of him.
Wanyama has been linked with a move away from Tottenham in recent weeks, with Galatasaray said to be interested in the £11 million midfielder (BBC Sport), according to reports in Turkey on Fanatik.
Wanyama may have been eager to prove that he could force his way into Tottenham’s team when the rumours first came about.
However, he must realise that his chances at Spurs are now very slim.
With Spurs looking to protect a point against City, Pochettino throw on Skipp, which shows the faith that he now has in the youngster.

It was noticeable that Wanyama was not even named on the bench for Tottenham’s match at the Etihad Stadium.
And if Wanyama has now fallen behind Skipp in the pecking order for places at White Hart Lane, the writing must surely be on the wall for his career at Spurs.
