The Argentine was responding after Harry Kane made similar comments at the weekend.
Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has been discussing the recent comments from his striker Harry Kane regarding the way in which teams are perhaps dealing with the threat from the club better now than they were last season.
Kane suggested at the weekend, after the defeat against Manchester United, that teams were now used to the playing style of Spurs and that they need to find different solutions to get the results they want.

Pochettino was asked about these comments in his press conference today and admitted that they need to find different ways to break down opponents. He was quoted by the Hampstead and Highgate Express as stating:
“You remember that we’ve played in different ways. We’ve used three different formations, three different set-ups.
“I don’t know, maybe that is the feeling. I didn’t hear what [Harry] said, but I think we need to try to find different ways to play.
“I think you need to respect the feeling of the players sometimes, or how they translate their feelings. That’s why we’re always finding different options to play – different formations, different animations during the game.”

Spurs have certainly shown more flexibility this season, having to adapt to more injuries than they suffered last term and to the fact teams are definitely not shocked by the threat that Tottenham pose any more
That has seen them play with three at the back, two up top or with the system that served them so well last season.
This week they take on Hull City in the Premier League and will be hoping to get back to winning ways in the fixture – with whatever formation they decide to play.
