Tottenham Hotspur brought in four players over the summer to add to their squad.

Spurs were actually active this summer, as Daniel Levy worked on strengthening to the squad available to Pochettino.
Tottenham added Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso in big money deals, and also brought in Ryan Sessesgnon and Jack Clarke.
The quartet all should improve Spurs’s options for the season ahead.
But Pochettino thinks that Totteham’s business shows that they are at a disadvantage compared to other sides.
“We sign players who are young and have the potential. Tanguy Ndombele only played two seasons at Lyon, didn’t win anything and we brought him here to try to make him a top player,” he said. “Giovani Lo Celso on loan from Real Betis is similar. Ryan Sessegnon is more of a potential player. And, of course, we signed Jack Clarke.
“When you compare with the different teams who are in the same race as us it’s a completely different way. People understand we are playing to try to win but we have different resources to fight in the same race with teams that operate in a different way.”

Tottenham are widely considered to be the third best side in the Premier League, and there has been talk of them challenging both Liverpool and Manchester City this season.
Spurs picked up a point against City at the weekend, although they were outplayed for much of the contest.
Ndombele has been the most regularly used signing that Tottenham have made so far, with the other three new boys all yet to make their first starts for the club.
