Tottenham take on Monaco in the Champions League on Saturday night.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has told The Mirror that Harry Kane, Mousa Dembele and Dele Alli will all be assessed ahead of Tuesday’s clash with Monaco.
Spurs beat West Ham 3-2 in a dramatic London derby on Saturday evening, as two late goals from Kane helped Pochettino grab a much-needed victory.
Before Saturday’s victory, Spurs had gone seven games in all competitions without a win, and the attention now turns to the Champions League on Tuesday evening as Pochettino looks for another win – and one which would save Tottenham.
Spurs have won just one of their four Champions League group games this season, losing twice as their hopes of reaching the knockout stages of the competition hang by a thread.

Defeat at Monaco on Tuesday evening would all-but end Tottenham’s hopes of making it out of Group E, whilst a Bayer Leverkusen win against CSKA Moscow combined with a Spurs defeat would send Pochettino’s men tumbling out of the competition.
It’s therefore a huge game for Spurs, and Pochettino has been discussing the fitness of three of his key players ahead of Tuesday’s clash at the Stade Louis II.
Pochettino has told The Mirror that midfielders Dele Alli and Mousa Dembele as well as striker Harry Kane must all be assessed ahead of the game, given that they’ve all come off recent injury problems.

The Argentinian added that he doesn’t want to take any risks that affects their involvement in upcoming games, and it’s important to ensure that they have fully recovered from Saturday’s game.
“It’s clear that tomorrow is the most important game,” said Pochettino. “Our selection for tomorrow will be if the players that are fit or not, that can play 90 minutes or not. We need to assess Harry Kane, Mousa Dembele and Dele Alli, if they can play 90 minutes and don’t take any risks that can affect for the next games.
“We have one day less than Monaco to recover because they play Friday, we play Saturday. Today is a very important day to assess and see if the players are fully recovered to play tomorrow,” he added.
