Matty Cash has stated that Leeds United’s Elland Road is ‘really tough’ after Aston Villa’s 3-0 win on Thursday night, as he told Amazon Prime.
The Villa right-back, who scored his side’s second against Leeds, added that his team scoring three in Yorkshire was ‘brilliant’.
Whilst Leeds went into last night’s game on the back of some quite dreadful form, the Villa boys from Aston have started to hit some form.
Steven Gerrard and his players have won three games on the bounce, scoring nine goals and keeping three clean sheets to boot.
After the game, Cash was asked about Villa’s 3-0 win and he issued this response.
“Three in a row, so really pleased,” said Cash. “It’s a really tough place to come as well.
“But I thought we grew into the game as well. I think we started well and to come away scoring three goals is brilliant.”

In recent weeks, Cash is starting to hit some serious form in Villa colours and really showcasing his worth.
The Poland international has scored two and assisted two from his last three matches, as he is starting to really warm under Gerrard.
It has been a mixed season for many players, but if they can end the campaign in a strong fashion, then it will bode well for their long-term European chase.
Villa are aiming for Europe and they need to start showing the consistent signs that they can do it next season.
