Matt Le Tissier has taken to Twitter to express his delight at Southampton’s win against Tottenham Hotspur.
Southampton have got the better of Tottenham 2-1 at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League this afternoon.
Spurs took the lead in the 26th minute through England international striker Harry Kane, but the home team launched a comeback in the second half.
Yan Valery restored parity for Southampton in the 76th minute, and James Ward-Prowse scored the winner in the 81st minute.
Southampton legend Le Tissier was following the match, and he has revelled in the win for the Saints against Tottenham on Twitter.
