Bernard joined Everton in the summer transfer window.

Bernard arrives for the Premier League match between Everton and Newcastle United at Goodison Park on December 5, 2018 in Liverpool, England.

Southampton legend Matt Le Tissier said on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports Football last Saturday afternoon (12:54pm, December 8, 2018) that Everton winger Bernard has a lot to offer to the Premier League.

The former Southampton attacking midfielder, though, said that the 26-year-old Brazil international winger does need to be more consistent.

Good signing for Everton

Bernard joined Everton in the summer transfer window as a free agent after leaving Shakhtar Donetsk at the end of last season.

It took a while for the Brazilian to establish himself in the Everton starting lineup, but the 26-year-old is now playing well for Marco Silva’s side at the moment.
