Gabriel Agbonlahor has shown his allegiance towards Aston Villa by posting a one-word response to Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Matija Sarkic’s message on Instagram following his loan move to Birmingham City.
What’s the story?
Wolves announced on their official website yesterday that Sarkic has joined Birmingham.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper has moved to the Championship club on a season-long loan deal.
The Montenegro international moved to Wolves in the summer of 2020 after being released by Villa.

As you can see from the post below, former Villa striker Agbonlahor is not too happy that Sarkic has joined Birmingham on loan from Wolves.
Villa and Birmingham are bitter rivals, and Agbonlahor is not too pleased with the decision of Sarkic to move to the Blues on loan.
Good move for Matija Sarkic?
Sarkic could not establish himself in the first team at Villa and had loan spells at Wigan Athletic and Livingston among other clubs.
The youngster was on loan at Shrewsbury Town from Wolves last season.
It made sense for Sarkic to move to Birmingham on loan for next season and try to get some decent playing time.
