
Leeds United midfielder Mateusz Klich has responded to Kalvin Phillips’s post on Twitter.
Phillips is currently with the England squad, and the 24-year-old is overjoyed to be playing for his country.
The Leeds star has posted a photo of himself in action for the Three Lions with the caption “No greater feeling”.
Klich has responded to the 24-year-old post, jokingly asking whether it is the same when “murder ball finishes”.
The Leeds and Poland international midfielder was referring to the hard training sessions under head coach Marcelo Bielsa.
Going strong
Leeds are doing well in the Premier League at the moment, and the players are showing that they can step up to this level from the Championship.
The West Yorkshire club are currently eighth in the league table with seven points from four matches.
The Whites are playing good football and are scoring goals. Leeds’s attacking style gave Liverpool a run for their money at Anfield, and they also held Manchester City to a draw at Elland Road before the international break.
Leeds will return to action next Monday when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Elland Road in the Premier League.
