Leeds United have been transformed in a short space of time by Marcelo Bielsa.

Leeds United’s 28-year-old midfielder Mateusz Klich has made the analogy that the methods of Marcelo Bielsa are like being in the military.
Bielsa has made a huge impact at Elland Road already since taking charge as manager in the summer and has started to make his stamp on the side.
The Whites sit top of the Championship table after the opening nine league games and are looking like one of the teams that will be in the mix for promotion come the end of the season.
Bielsa, 63, is an experienced boss with a wealth of knowledge and his new-look Leeds team are beginning to match his possession-based style with high intensity.
Klich, who has been an integral player in the midfield this campaign, has explained he’s never worked harder in his career than he has under Bielsa.
“He is very strict, it is like being in the military,” Klich told the Daily Telegraph.
“We go to the gym every day, before training, then we go out on the pitch. Every single meal, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, is together as a team.
“There is no time to relax. It is harder than I have ever worked, but we enjoy it, honestly. All the players believe he can make us better, that we need to listen.”

Leeds have certainly been impressive in the early months of the season, but supporters may be concerned that they will burn out in the latter stages.
Bielsa’s methods demand the highest of intensity and there are concerns that he may not have the squad depth to cope with a gruelling Championship season.
But third-choice striker Tyler Roberts is proving now there are options in attack and Bielsa clearly has managed to knit the Leeds squad closely together.
